  1. Took your advice and it seems to be working. They're surprised that I've got it that together. Actually, so am I sometimes! That cup of coffee sort of slows down the pace and allows us to cover a lot of ground in a short period of time. When I give them a personalized packet for the road it usually puts a smile on their face and I know they will remember me.
