Everyone loves a piping hot cup of coffee, but as we all know - coffee too hot will scald your tongue or roof of your mouth and can be dangerous when driving. For those days, when you only have enough time to brew your TAGJOE and run, here is a tip that will lower the risks of burns when sipping and driving.The next time you make a pot of TAGJOE Coffee, what doesn’t get drank out of the pot (if that is ever the case) after it has cooled pour it into a ice cube tray. I prefer the mini ice cube trays as pictured above. Freeze the coffee and when solid, empty try of coffee cubes into a Ziploc freezer bag and store in freezer. Next time you are on the go, just drop a cube or two into your travel mug of coffee and you will be good to sip and fly in the fast lane!

What a clever idea. I'm sure most everyone has encountered the too hot cup of coffee. I reheat mine in the microwave and once or twice have set it to boiling. A couple of coffee cubes would have been a godsend then.
