  2. Alert is good. I know that the first cup of coffee in the morning gets me reved up and ready to face the day. It's not the last cup, but it is the most important.

  3. I usually only drink coffee in the morning. This is the first time I've heard of drinking it before a work out, but it makes total sense. I'm up for giving it a try.

  4. I work out of my car and believe me, coffee is the only way I get through some days. It keeps my mind sharp and alert too. I can totally agree with this.
