When I hit the proverbial brick wall at work and I'm not thinking straight, a cup of coffee gets me moving in the right direction. I most certainly would have to agree with your concenses.
ReplyDeleteI didn't use to drink coffee regularly until I had my first cup of TAGJOE. Since I switched I drink it nearly every day. I have pretty good recall but could use some help with concentration.
ReplyDeleteI usually only drink one cup of coffee a day. That's mostly out of habit I think. I have trouble getting going after lunch. I might just try another cup of coffee and see how that works.
ReplyDeleteSome mornings I'm just running too late to get my morning coffee. I've noticed that on those mornings I'm not able to jump right in and get started at work. So, I guess this is pretty darned true. Coffee is a stimulant and I need that jump start every morning.
ReplyDeleteI never considered how coffee affects the memory. I know what it does for concentration. It was what got me through college and now it's what gets me through the day at the office.
